Brian Pfaff
President
Brian joined LUMA Builders in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to quality and safety. His career in construction began at age 17 as a cabinet maker, eventually leading him to Hawaii where he worked on custom homes in Lanikai Beach. He later entered the Carpenter’s Union Apprenticeship Program, completing his training and advancing to become a Building Engineer in Washington, D.C. In 2015, Brian relocated to California with his family, where his leadership and expertise earned him a position as a Building Engineer at Salesforce Tower SF. At LUMA Builders, Brian upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and company culture—principles he believes are fundamental and non-negotiable.
