Brian Pfaff
President
Brian joined LUMA Builders in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to quality and safety. His career in construction began at age 17 as a cabinet maker, eventually leading him to Hawaii where he worked on custom homes in Lanikai Beach. He later entered the Carpenter’s Union Apprenticeship Program, completing his training and advancing to become a Building Engineer in Washington, D.C. In 2015, Brian relocated to California with his family, where his leadership and expertise earned him a position as a Building Engineer at Salesforce Tower SF. At LUMA Builders, Brian upholds the highest standards of safety, quality, and company culture—principles he believes are fundamental and non-negotiable.

A natural organizer with an eye for detail, Doreen keeps our office running smoothly and our team supported. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her at the stables with their beloved horses—where her calm, focused energy truly shines. That same steady presence carries into the workplace, where she handles challenges with grace and helps create a positive, productive environment for everyone.
